Warranty Policy

At Tiniover, we stand behind the quality of our electric trikes and original components. This Limited Warranty explains the warranty coverage available for eligible products purchased through our official website or authorized online retailers in the United States.
1. Warranty Coverage Period
Tiniover electric trikes purchased directly from our official website or authorized online retailers include a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of delivery.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
This Limited Warranty applies only to eligible purchases made in the United States.
For offline purchases, please contact your original dealer for warranty support.
2. Eligibility for Warranty Service
To qualify for warranty service:
the product must have been purchased through our official website or an authorized online retailer
the claimant must be the original owner
proof of purchase may be required
the product must not have been misused, improperly assembled, modified without authorization, or damaged by causes outside normal intended use
3. What Is Covered
Frame
The frame is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects that result in structural failure.
This coverage does not include damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications.
Battery
The original battery is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase or up to 600 charge cycles, whichever comes first.
During this period, the battery is designed to retain up to 75% of its original capacity under normal use and proper maintenance.
Battery warranty does not apply in cases including but not limited to:
altered, removed, or damaged serial numbers or barcodes
tampered seals
use of a non-compatible charger
use of the battery in equipment other than the designated trike
use of a non-specified battery that causes damage
improper maintenance, misuse, power surges, or water damage
4. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
improper assembly, improper care, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications
abuse, negligence, accidents, fire damage, water damage, or transportation damage caused after delivery
damage caused by use of improper chargers or improper maintenance
normal wear and tear, including but not limited to brake pads, tires, bearings, punctures, and normal battery degradation
cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
any issue caused by unauthorized repairs or non-approved replacement parts
5. Serial Number and Product Information
To help us process warranty support efficiently, please keep your proof of purchase and product serial number available.
For many Tiniover trikes, the serial number can be found near the bottom bracket area, where the crank arms meet the frame. We recommend taking a clear photo of the serial number and saving it for future reference.
6. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our after-sales team at support@tiniovertrike.com
and provide:
your full order number
product name and SKU, if available
a detailed description of the issue
when the issue started
what troubleshooting steps you have already taken
clear photos or videos showing the defect under good lighting
Our after-sales team will review the information, assess the issue, and provide the next steps.
Depending on the situation, Tiniover may provide troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, warranty service instructions, or another appropriate solution in accordance with this Limited Warranty.
7. Replacement Parts and Shipping
If replacement parts are approved under warranty, they will normally be shipped to the original shipping address associated with the order.
If your shipping address has changed, please notify us by email as soon as possible before replacement parts are dispatched.
8. Limitations
This Limited Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
It does not cover losses or damages caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or conditions outside Tiniover’s reasonable control.
Tiniover reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue is covered under this Limited Warranty based on the information provided and, where necessary, inspection of the product or affected part.
