I have have my River for about a week. I have put on about 20 miles. The road is gavel and has lots of hill and it climbs it like a champ.
We looked for long time for a trike that could hold both my husband and special needs son because he is not able to ride a bike by himself and he had outgrown the bike carriers for kids. We loved the quality and how sturdy it is. We have not received the passenger seat to assemble that part but was explained that it would arrive separately at a later date. Also one of the rear fenders arrived damaged from shipping and they sent a replacement part right away. I wanted to commend the Tiniover team for the excellent communication and customer service we received throughout the process. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for our family we can't wait to go on rides!
Bought one of these direct from the company and paid more than this asking price at the time of this review @$1500 bucks and it is well worth the money, so if you are thinking about the purchase, I would absolutely pull the trigger at this price! This is a comfortable ride and is very practical. My wife and I love the ability to ride and drive taking turns riding on the back while the other drives. The assembly when it arrives is straight forward and easy as it is 90% assembled and you can be riding in an hour or less. So far so good with this purchase and I do recommend Tiniover if you are looking for a solid E-trike! The pics show it as it arrives with the back seat arriving separately, so you can use it in multiple configurations!
I have good experience! Simple instructions in assembly and all parts are in the box. Very strong steel built and looks high quality trike!

I searched for months to find an e-trike to meet my needs. The Creek Pro E-trike has the features I was looking for plus much more than I hadn't thought about. My list included a "low step though" and a passenger seat, comfort, and safety. The trike seat is the best I've ever experienced on any bike. The ride is comfortable, smooth, stable, and powerful thus making me feel safe. The ability to go in reverse wasn't on my radar but SO glad to have to navigate tight areas. The cornering stability is exceptional because the rear wheels move independently of each other.
It's been easy to adapt to the trike and I look forward to many rides with and without a passenger.
My husband completed the assembly in over an hour.
Customer Service has been exceptional. I've submitted various questions and communications to obtain a new key because one arrived bent. Staff has been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I'm excited to get more riding under my belt to learn more about the Creek Pro.
Issues are being resolved, ty. Haven't had a chance to ride yet due to weather. I am very impressed with the trike so far! As a 75 yr. old female it has been easy to assemble. The video instructions are clear and concise. Shall let you know more after my 1st ride.
Got this as a gift and its fantastic. The ride is very comfortable and the control panel is easy to use. More over their customer support is amazing. During assembly of the passenger seat kit I noticed that the rear fender extension brackets were missing. After a few short emails with their support they shipped me the parts directly from the production facility.
I am so happy with my trike. It is so much fun to ride. I have taken my grandkids on rides with me. Also my adult neighbor. Everyone ask me where did I get it and people love it.
I'm charging the batteries and can't wait until tomorrow to go on a little trip with it! The 20"��3.0" tires look sturdy and ready for anything, and I'm especially impressed with the triple disc brakes��they feel solid and reliable. The only thing I didn't love was that the package is damaged is good to go. I'm putting on all the accessories��no scratches anywhere. So excited to ride!
I like the Tiniover River tricycle runs smoothly and fast just right for me I'm 74yrs old and have a lot of hills making it easier to get around!
The River trike was delivered in good shape. It was easy to unpack and put together. The trike is easy to ride and rides extremely well. I especially love the semi-reclined seat��it's so comfortable, even on longer rides. I enjoy it very much!
