Return & Refund Policy

At Tiniover, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read the policy below carefully before starting a return or exchange request.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day free return policy on all eligible products purchased from Tiniover.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved by the Tiniover Support Team before being sent back.
Please do not return any item without prior authorization. Returns sent back without approval may be refused.
Please also do not send your return to the sender address shown on the package. If your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return warehouse address and return instructions.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@tiniovertrike.com
and provide:
your order number
the product name or SKU, if available
a brief description of the reason for return
clear photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts
Our after-sales team will review your request and reply with the next steps.
4. Return Shipping Cost
If your return request is approved within the 30-day return window, Tiniover will cover the return shipping cost.
In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. Please use the label and instructions we provide to ensure your return is processed correctly.
5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in good condition and include all major components, accessories, and parts originally delivered with the order.
Please keep the original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, the item must be packed securely in suitable replacement packaging to prevent shipping damage.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or deny the return if the item is returned:
with missing major parts or accessories
with damage caused after delivery
with signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
in unsuitable packaging that results in return transit damage
as the wrong item
as an empty package
6. Items Not Accepted for Return
We may refuse returns in the following situations:
the return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
the item was returned without prior authorization
the item was sent to the wrong address
the returned package does not contain the correct product
the product has been intentionally damaged, heavily misused, or modified without authorization
the product is missing key components required for resale, inspection, or verification
7. Exchanges
We do support exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at support@tiniovertrike.com
. Our team will review the situation and provide exchange instructions.
If the replacement item has a different price, any price difference will be handled accordingly. Availability may vary depending on stock.
8. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos along with your order number.
After review, we will work with you on a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, this may include:
sending replacement parts
offering a partial refund
arranging a return
offering an exchange
providing another reasonable resolution agreed upon by both parties
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, it may still be returned under this Return & Exchange Policy if it meets the applicable return conditions.

Tiniover is not responsible for return issues caused by:
returns sent without authorization
returns sent to the wrong address
packages lost due to the customer using an unapproved return method
return damage caused by inadequate packaging
returning the wrong item
