Well boxed

Upon arrival of this beautiful trike, delivery man assured we were home and put the large, well-boxed trike on our back patio! We had received the premium seat a few days earlier. Once we began assembly, we discovered missing essential parts (front and rear baskets, back rest). Reached out to Customer Support team and received rapid attention to our concerns. It was a lengthy process but each concern was rectified and my husband is enjoying his newly developed independence! The trike is stunning, sturdy, stable and easy to utilize. Customer Support continues to call to ensure our satisfaction remains high. I hope to include an updated review after more use!!

I was very satisfied and the cost worth every penny

Even thou the box was torn and had a hole punched in it the only thing I had wrong was a cross threaded bolt that I was able to take care of.
